MORE THAN A WORKSPACE
An old 500 square meter apartment located in a modernist listed building became a dynamic space that served as an office for a luxury real estate company and a creative space for an interior design studio.
With the recovery of some of the original elements, the aim was to give it a modern and current style, opting for bright colours, modern furniture, art, fine woods and very careful lighting that would enhance each and every one of the corners of this beautiful and old palace by creating a creative, sophisticated and very functional workspace.
In a rather old and boring state, the idea was to carry out a complete renovation that would return this property to its original splendor. However, despite the effort to recover all the elements, only the incredible original Catalan "volta" could be preserved, giving it back all its colour and structure, making it one of the central axes of the project.
Conceived as a space open to the public, the central space was designed to present some of the current collections of some of the studio's collaborators, and display artworks of great value and design.
